My Whimsical little world new release

Hello crafty friends! And to all my American friends happy thanksgiving eve! I'm heading out to tonight to go on a shopping trip to the U.S. for Black Friday!! I'm excited as I have never been to there...but I think I will miss my hubby and babies terribly! Anywho on to this adorable new release from My Whimsical little world. For my cards I used Believe and Fa la la la

Both are very simple cards I just Copic colored the images. And added some sentiment stamps. And the snowmen I put some liquid appliqué around the bottom of them and puffed it up with my heat gun. Believe in Santa!

Hello crafty friends!! I'm excited to show you a card I made with the new Santa on Skates Digi stamp from My whimsical little world!

It's a pretty simple card. I colored Santa up with my Copic markers and fussy cut him out. The believe die and the in Santa stamp are from my creative time, and the little clothes pin is just one from the Michaels dollar bin. I hope you like my card!

Christine"s Circus Surprise!

Good morning crafty friends! So the paper nest dolls released some new Circus Stamps yesterday. I decided to do a mini album of my kids and niece and nephew at the circus, to surprise Christine the artist for The Paper Nest Dolls

 

Aren't these stamps just the cutest?? you can find all the new circus stamps here. There is waaayyy to many details to talk about everything I used...but all the sentiment stamps and dies are from My Creative Time all the papers except the silver glitter paper are from a KI memories 6x6 pad called Color Crush. I hope you like my mini album, I don't make them very often but when I do I make a BIG mess!! So I'm going to go clean it up now! Thanx for looking and a have a wonderful day!

May all your Christmases be White

Hello Crafty friends! Brrrrrrrr is all I can say! It is -21 here in Alberta Canada! That's cold!! So what better than snowmen cards?? I used a new release from My Whimsical Little World for my card Cozy Winter Wishes

It's a very CAS card. I just Copic colored the snowman, and added some liquid appliqué around the bottom of him. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant I embossed it with Stampin Up Silver Embossing Powder. The image is die cut with a MFT peirced rectangle die. PND: Oh What Fun!

Hello everyone!! We have just had e few inches of snow! So even tho shovelling it is not favorite thing to do.... It's so very pretty! My kids absolutely love sledding so I thought I would do a sledding card to welcome the snow. I used Down Hill Racing Avery

I Copic colored Avery and her Penguin Friend then I put some liquid appliqué all around and on her and the penguin. I also inked all around them with Stampin Up Soft Sky ink to give it a sky look. I used a paper collection I'm currently obsessed with theAltitude collection from Bo Bunny. It's teal and this lush deep purple, with snowflakes and wood grain. That's just a perfect combo for me. The sentiment is from Stampin Up. I hope you like my wintery card. Thanx for stopping by..and keep warm crafty friends!

Precious Baby

               Hello everyone! Today a have a special release for you from My Whisical
Little world. We usual do our releases on Mondays but this is beautiful it needed it own day. So the Digi is called Bundle of Joy

Ok so to say that I adore this image would be a gross understatement, I just love everything about it! I Copic colored and die cut the image with an MFT pierced circle die. The zipper is actually paper! I cut it with my Silhoutte Cameo, then I embossed three separate times with gold embossing powder, the reason for this experiment is.....I really wanted to try the zipper thing on my cards...but they are so expensive! Not to mention hard to find! If anyone wants a tutorial on how I did the zipper just comment below and I will do a quick video tutorial for you. So back to the card, I also gold embossed the sentiment which is from Stampin Up(retired I believe). The baby rattle is also a Silhoutte cut file(quite time consuming for a card embelli..but I feel it was worth it!). All the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, and the papers are just scraps, the cloud wood veneer is Prima and the love one is just from the Michaels dollar bin.

PND Halloween Banner

Happy Halloween Crafty Friends! I have too admit I'm not a big fan of Halloween....I was raised without it so I  don't have fond childhood memories of it. But I Love not spooky but sweet Halloween crafting! I made this adorable banner with stamps from The Paper Nest Dolls. For My banner I used Little Witch Ellie, Warlock Owen and Little With Emma.

PND: Shutter Bug Avery

Hello crafty friends! I hope you are having a fabulous weekend! today I have a super fun shaped card for you today.

For this card I used Shutter Bug Avery. The Camera Shape Is from my Silhouette Cameo. I colored Avery and put her behind the "lens" of the camera. the speech bubble die is from My Creative time you can find it Here , all the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts . I created the pleated look at the bottom of the card with some very light linen fabric ribbon and score tape. the sentiment is from close to my heart I used gold embossing powder from Stampin Up! to emboss it. Fishing Owen

Hello Crafty friends! I have a few new followers so Welcome, I hope you are inspired! today I have a really fun easel card to share with you using Owen Fishing from The Paper Nest Dolls!

I copic colored and fussy cut Owen.  Then I used my lifestyle crafts circle dies for the base of the easel card. The tall grass and the waves are dies from MFT. I created the dock by clear embossing white cardstock with a Stampin Up wood grain background stamp, and inking it with frayed burlap distress ink from Tim Holtz. The fish are brads from off eBay. My whimsical Little world new release

Happy Monday crafty friends! Today we have a really fun release for you! Have decided to make project life style cards with with a dorable little Digi's the first one I used is called Pilgram boy. I Copic colored and fussy cut him. I used a 3x4 card die to cut the base. The sentiment stamp and the die are from my creative time

 Next I made another project life card. This time with In the Air I copic colored and fussy cut this one as well then I added some thickers and letter stickers for the wording.

My Whimical World new release

Hello every one! And happy Wednesday! We have a really fun versatile new release for you at My Whimsical Little World! I have a lot to show you so let's get started! So first I made a cute little card set using the three new Digi's, Slice of Pie, Turkey Dinner, and An Earful

I Copic colored and fussy cut all three Digi stamps, then I layered them on a MFT pierced oval die. The leaves,banners, mats and grateful sentiment are all dies from my creative time. Next a made a tag set using the same three Digi stamps, thse are so versitale!

I printed these much smaller than the ones of the cards, again I copic colored and fussy cut the Digi's. I used the same leaf dies as I did on the cards. Hello everyone! Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian friends and followers! I made a non traditional Christmas card for you today which feels weird on thanksgiving...but I have been making Christmas cards since June! For my card I used Ellie With Sign from The Paper Nest Dolls

Hello everyone! TGIF! And is there any better way to let loose and unwind then creating a out of the box Punk Card??

I created this for a 16th birthday card. This is Punk Owen from The Paper Nest Dolls. I Copic colored and fussy cut him. The Stamping Chef Big Dripper

Hello everyone! We have a shiny new anything goes challenge starting today on the TSC Challenge Blog you can join us here. For my contribution I made a shadowbox for my bathroom with Big Dripper from The Stamping Chef. I Copic colored her and matted the image on some Black cardstock. Then I added some pretty papers and flowers. The frame was just a simple with frame from Michaels. I panted the frame brown, allowed it to dry, then panited it an aqua colorbut before it dried I pressed a doily stamp unto the wet blue paint so it would leave the impression of the doily and the brown would show through the blue.
